FWIW, I am very hesitant to use CHK butchers anyways for the reasons I cited on an earlier thread. When I buy David Elliott chickens the OU tells me it is kosher while the CHK just tells me that ANa"Sh did the shechita.
That will change once the CHK shows they can enforce a consistent usage policy for their symbol and the public respects it.
