maybe the Satmar rebbe does not know, but Rav Silver is typical Yerushalmi phony, he knows well that Rav Zevin died beshem tov, with his Encyclopedia Talmudith used in 1000's of batie Midrash, his Hamoadim Behalocha is a classic sefer for thousands and even his sipurim are staples in the charadie world... they were all translated by Artscroll, and reprinted multiple times.

the encylopedia is still the sefer to go when you need clarity( reb aron dosent know what clarity is all about) on a sugya, nobody beats it, for instance on chazuka.

Just for arguments sake,There were many gedolim like the Meloh haroim or yad malachi that their seforim are obsolete in our age of massive info, they are still not the teacher in a mizrachi school.....
