    ישא ברכה מאת ד'

    אחדש"ה. בטח שמע רומעכת"ר ידידי מעיתונים כי נתפס ונאסר במאסר הרב ר' יוסף יצחק שניאורסאהן הרב מליובאוויטש ע"י הפריצים והבריונים היעווסעקציע בממשלת זדון הסובטים. ונתפס על דברי תורה, בהשתדלותו לטובת הישיבות והחדרים ושארי צרכי הדת. והנה הגיעני טעלעגראמות המעוררים אותי להשתדל לטובתו. ולפי מצב הפוליטי במדינתנו כעת הלא אין לעשות דבר.

    אמרתי לעורר את רומעכת"ר אולי באפשרי לעשות דבר מה באשכנז על יד אלה שיש להם קורבא, כמו אוסקאר כהן וכיוצא בו, להיות לפה ולמליץ לטובתו, ובודאי אם יש איזה עזר בל יתרשל רומעכת"ר שי' בזה.

    זה איזה ימים אשר באתי הלום לנוח מטרותי ועמלי ולשאוף אויר צח שיהי' לתועלת לחזוק הבריאות.

    או"ש וברכה לידידינו הרה"ג מו"ה מאיר ד"ר הילדוסהיימעור כאשר שמעתי נסע לאיזה מקום.

    והנני חותם בברכה מרובה באהבה וידידות מוקירו

    Hirshel, a question from someone who tries to keep an open mind.
    Why do you call him the Frierdiger Rebbe. Wouldn't the Frierdiger Rebbe be the last Rebbe?

    the Rebbe Rayatz has been called that since his passing in 1950. Since there is no new Rebbe since 1994, then the Rebbe would not be previous, since previous would imply that there is one after him.

    In simple language the rebbe shlita will serve as the current rebbe to the dor hashvii ad sof kol hadoros.

    The true נשיא הדור being משתדל for every יחיד.
    Are there letters from the alternative נשיא הדור trying to assist Reb Chaim Ozer in his issues with Rubinstein etc.?

    There are letters were the Rayatz ZY"A tries to convince members of the Agudah to help save the lives of the previous Rebbei'im of Bobov and Belz.

    This letter was released now by dalfin to buttress his claim in the book that rav shlomo carlebach shlita lied about rav chaim oizer's disappointment with the rayatz. Everyone knows that they had a working relationship and this letter doesn't have any more relevance than is stated within.
