In the photo, the SR is looking downwards and in opposite direction of his butlers, that's because he was botered by the photos taken of him, there are other similar photos like this one where he is visibly annoyed by the "paparazzi" taking photos of him, some instances where I myself was witness to it.
A lost Alaskan goat drew a crowd hungry for photos. Within an hour, it was dead.
The goat jumped into the harbor and drowned trying to flee the crowd that had been harassing it, state police said. It is the latest in a string of encounters with humans that have not ended well for the animals.

That is not a bekeshe, it is a rashvulkeh, which is worn on top of the bekeshe.A Rashvulka does not have velvet anywhere...

You're dead wrong my good man. Dead wrong. Many Rebbes have velvet at their collars and end of sleeves on the roszevulkes too.
