Son of the Atzei Chaim, and nephew of the Satmar Rov. He was Rov in Zenta, Yugoslavia prior to WW2, and in the Sigheter Shul in Boro Park until the passing of his uncle.

You remind me of a joke they used to make about the "MahaRas"h of Bobov (the second) - before he reached saint status and became beyond reproach - about how he was sitting with two other Rabbonim who were a discussion "in lernen", and his only comment on the whole sugya was: דאכט זיך מיר אז די היים פלעגט מען זאגען "ליחעאורה" נישט לכאורה", meaning the emphasis on the letter chof.
