Jimmy Carter has changed much since he left office 26 years ago, although when you're in office you do act differently. He never was known to be a friend of Israel.
The crazy name in the meshichist velt (Tzfas) was supposedly "Boruch Habo Melech Hamoshiach" (strangely enough I was just listening to that old song by Avremel) - and the name was abbreviated to - BeHeMaH!
