What machlokes would that be? There was never a machlokes with the Rashag. The Malach attacked Lubavitch but I never heard that Lubavitch ever attacked him back, or even took any notice of him. And Berke was stam a criminal; when someone breaks into your house and you call the police, that's not a machlokes.
