Did Rebbe Reb Mielech not say tachnen on the Yortziet of his Rebbe the magid? I believe with all my being that he definitely said tachnun,so what is all the commotion?
You brought up the story. Thus it is still the present upon which you need to do Teshuvah by keeping Shalom Rubashkin in mind.
