4 months of הכנה - Chassidim have nothing on them...
4 months of preparation for RAK's 50th Yohrtzeit. Wow! Even in Lubavitch they do 2 months, tops. כל הכבוד to the folks at BMG, they're firing on all cylinders. Every week every publication has ads and advertorials, ad salesman are seeing green! The man standing in the 3rd page next to RAK is obviously NOT his son Reb Schneur, it's Neuberger or Kramer from NIRC. Even I know that. They should have knowledgeable people identifying Rabbonim at newspapers and magazines, not נשות חיל.
Trust me no-one in Lakewood cares about this. It is just static in our ears. I learn in BMG and I cannot think of any reason to attend.

ReplyDeleteWho speaks or don't speaks Hungarian IDK, realistically I was brought up with thousands of Hungarians frum people around me in shul and on the streets, I very rarely seen a frum yid speak or learn in Hungarian around me That's what matters.
(Maybe some old woman did so)
And I was told that the same was true in all Hungary 70 years ago. Now those who where frum but nelogen! That’s another story, similar to today MO or Modern Chasisish who speak English or Hebrew, which you will not hear at all in the satmar chasidish oriented neighborhoods of today.

I dont know how old you are, but 90% of women in willi that survived were talking between themselves in the Magyar language,and couldnt read Yiddish. And 60% of Jews from Uberland that learned for instance in Nitra,Galanta,Pupa,Serdeyeli spoke Hungarian between themselves...

None moved a lip let alone give-a-shake.. thru the whole davening!, they showed some pulse by kidush arguing the relevants of their yeshivah! with idiotic logic that made me vomit! The came to vacation on the beach! bein hazmanim!!! All talmedi BMG! Way to go Kedoshim'lech of Lakewood!
10 sushi shops? you forgot to mention the 15 pizza shops and dairy cafes the 5 upscale manhattan like dairy and meat resaurants the endless fleishege meat fast food restaurants and schwarma joints the thousands of brand new Lexus' Honda Odysseys and Siennas the Thousands of Brand new 5-8 bedroom 3 full baths homes all the upscale shopping centers in Lakewood the Huge malls and of course the Broadwalk and beaches

Must be not relevant to the Kedoshi Lakewood.. Although the rambam was a kedosh to no? and he kept טבילת עזרא ? and so did all real kedoshim? but Kedoshi Lakewood שאני ? and why! don't ask because they will tell you they immerse in מימי הדעת or they drink מ' קוה'ס daily or they don't eat שום/garlic even friday nite! and so on, with twisted logic and סברת כרסיות that only a genuine BMG! guy can do.

btw, what i know of Lakewood, I went to the mountains in 1969 and i stayed with a lakewood yingerman a ben torah! on vacation/bein hazmanim, he went with me to Shop-Rite and bought all products that he 'believes' is kosher including bread and milk, and told me that he adheres to RMF! pesukim, that was my only introduction to Lakewood, But it might have changed IDK!

you youngsters should really try to keep your hatred and ignorance in check or try to see some of the big world outside of brooklyn. i went to a heimishe cheder in the 70's in brooklyn and the chasidish hanhallah encouraged every boy who was decent in learning to go to a Litvishe yeshiva (at least the Mir). reading comments like those posted by the satmar kids here makes the reason for that obvious.
to the other brilliant hungarian bucher: what on earth does tevillas ezra have to do with bucherim in a dorm? are satmarers doing things that would be better left unsaid?
