    As far as I know Rav Wiesberg left Budapest before Rosh Hashana, with nobody being at the helm of the Mikva,Shechita and restaurants,
    The Rosh Hakohol is the Boss.
    There are some other shluchim there that are big Talmidie Chachomim, as Rav Horowitz....
