    Indeed the TzTz name is still up, but the GoDaven entry lists its nusach hatefillah as Ashkenaz.

    Where is Tchachanova located geographically (excuse my ignorance)?

    I think the oldest still functioning Chabad Shul in the U.S. is Tzemach Tzedek in Cleveland
