Students of the Lubavitcher Day School Greeting LBJ, Worcester, Ma., 1964

The man who sent me this picture made a really good observation: LBJ may have been the last Presidential candidate to campaign in Worcester...

    1. Gerald Ford came to Boro Park in 1976. Didn't help him much after he told NYC "drop dead".

Lesson to be learned, don't stiff a schnorrer.

    2. the lesson you should learn is, learn the truth! Ford never said it, the Daily News did. just another pre Trump stunt in politics.

  3. it was a real industrial town, was there many times for business
    feels like Ohio or Pa
    not the Mass. Boston snobs,
I would not be shocked lot of votes went there for Trump,

  4. Friday, Aug. 19, 1966. President Lyndon Baines Johnson, came to "Ellenvile NY" in the Catskills, and stayed overnight in the Nevele Hotel, to dedicate tiny Ellenville Community Hospital.

The trip i think was scheduled for the late Pres. Kennedy, but never made it.
