Once upon a time I had the privilege to daven rosh hashana in a prestigious chabad shul in the south, there were about 20 worshipers there But to "tekias shofer" the place got packed with about 200 people, (practical all came with cars), The rabbi (a nice frum guy, a Talmud of multiple Brooklyn yeshivot) got inspired by the crowd and gave a fiery "important" speech before "tekias shofer" about the "importance" of ארץ ישראל השלימה !
The next day the Israeli ambassador to Canada which was there to, gave a different speech in shul, explaining in stark numbers that according to Democratic rule of one-person-one-vote if the occupation of the Palestinian territory will continue, than Israel will loose the the hegemony of the country all togheter.
