Psst! Wanna buy a book?

a "Must Read" for all Democrats

You gotta love the Elephant reference here. Those mean GOPers are always looking to hurt children, aren't they?

make sure to play with blocks that spell D-E-M-O-C-R-A-T

$160,000 to go to school?

Imagine if this nice Jewish guy, Jeremy Zilber, would've actually used his talents for something constructive, he might have brought good to this world.

I Think I'm gonna hurl.

  1. So uncreative of the guy! All he did take out the good ol' communist propeganda and replace Lenin / Stalin with the word Democrat.

  2. Tzig, what in the world makes you think Jeremy zilber is jewish? he's a product of 4 generations of intermarriage, there is no jew left there. (likely)

that may or may not be the case, but it's the typical "Jewish" education that was his guiding light.

  4. What an outrage! This reminds me of old Soviet propaganda!

  5. I think TA was recently quoting a book with the almost the same words, written by some guy Volpe where it said Lubavich instead of Democrat... or maybe that was someone else?

  6. TA was quoted, aye?
Find the quote for me will you please.

I doubt there's a book out there published by the main Lubavitch Organization that reads like that. It's perfectly normal to encourage ideas and views, even in children's books. But this?

  7. The above comment was meant as a joke...

  8. Something about the book seems so crazy that (I hope) it might even be a joke . . .

  9. Sorry about missing the joke...

    Mottel

read the haskomos to the book, they're from official Democrat operatives and politicians.

  10. Hirshel,

I take it that you are a right-winger. Would you say that Lubavitch is a pro-Republican group (as opposed to the rest of the - not very politically oriented - frum world? (Maybe something of a topic to blog about?)

  11. the rest of the frum world is pretty political, especially on the local level. They don't actually vote, but they're quite political. My opinions aren't set by Lubavitch, they're self-arrived at.

Maybe that's why I dislike the MOs so much, they're all a bunch of Libs.

  12. Why not blog about it? I'm a CPA who was once a Republican candidate for a political office on the west coast back in the 80's (I even lost a number of democratic clients based on that election).
I am curious about your political philosophy - it could make for an interesting conversation.

  13. Dave,

Why did you run republican? I dont blame H for not knowing better, he just buys the garbage they feed him. for some reason most frum Jews think that Moshe Rabbeinu was a neo-con.
But since you ran for office, i wonder what YOUR political philosophy is?

contrary to what you believe I wasn't "fed" anything, and stop using codewords like "Neo-Con" please. You sound like every guy who gets the faxes from the DNC. Do you work for them?

  15. So, are you not a big Neo-Con supporter? Apparently you are a subscriber to the philosophy - why are you afaraid of that label?

The fact the Neo-Con is code word for Jewsih Republicans is not the point here. The point is that you are one. Or do you claim otherwise?

  16. Supporter of whom? Paul Wolfowitz, Rcihard Frum? it's nothing more than a catch phrase like "gravitas" that's supposed to scare people away as if it's the plague or something.

I subscribe to certain ideals that happen to be very in-line with what the Republican party "preaches" (for lack of a better term) I was never taught by anybody how to opine or feel about certain issues. Democrats on the other hand need to be taught these things in books and movies when they're either very young or very high (in college) otherwise no sane person would subscribe to these ideals.

Sorry for being too harsh, (I am a COMPASSIONATE CONSERVATIVE. )

  17. So what are those ideals?
