The Satmar ruv had noting original to say on this issue, he Just had to look presidential(as our current President)so he wrote that teshuva for 8 weeks with every dick and harry in satmar helping him.

this is not a teshuva it is simple derush,and its already printed in his Veyoel as a Mamar.The same is with some other teshuva he put in some parts of the Veyoel,
Its also important to note that Reb Pinchas Hirschprung, never asked him this Sahlah.....He told it to many people,He knew all the derush he has to offer, before that teshuva, it just made RJT look more presidential that the Goan Reb Pinchas needs his advice...
