The Rov with the black beard standing behind Rav Boruch Ber is Rav Mordechai Rogov ZT'L, later a Rosh Yeshiva in Bais Medrash L'torah in Chicago (Skokie), and father-in-law of R' Laib Bakst ZT'L from Detroit. His other son-in-law who I believe is still alive is Rav Garber, author of Tal L'yisroel.
