אונגווארער רב וואלט אפשר געדארפט שיקען א שליח אהין, ווייל ס'איז א חוצפה נורא ווי די ליובאוויטשער חברה רוקען זיך אריין אין מקומות שלא להם, אבער ער איז מסתפק מיט די באריכטען וואס ער קריגט פון די דארטיגע שלוחים. די וואס זענען ברוגז זענען סתם שלעכטע מענטשן וואס האבען קיין שייכות צום פלאץ. ביז לעצטנס איז דארט געווען שליח און רב ר' מענדל טייכמאן, וועלכע האט זיך נישט לאנג צוריק איבערגעצויגן קיין האדיטש, רוסלאנד, מקום מנו"כ של כ"ק אדמו"ר הזקן בעל התניא והשו"ע נבג"מ, וואו א גרויסן צענטער און הכנסת אורחים שטוב איז נתנדב געווארען דורך משפחת ראהר פון די וועסט בייד, הע"י. אצינד איז הרב וילהלם דארט און איז שטארק מצליח בעז"ה מקרב זיין אידן לאביהם שבשמים

    He was born in Irlyana, named himself Ungvar rav after the bies sheorim,his grand grand grandfather from his 2nd marriage. Very weak linkage to Ungvar

    I met Rav Teichman there a few years ago.

    He is a really kind, warm, knowledgeable yid, who did amazing things for the yidden not only there but in other cities in that region of Ukraine.

    He also suffered from serious anti-semitic attacks by the local goyim.
