Here's what I found out From Yiddish Wiki about the Eichenstein Chosson: He was a son of Reb Shia of Grosvardein, who passed away in 1945. Reb Shia was the son of Reb Osher Shaya of Prachnik, the son of Reb Yisocher Berish of Veretzki, Baal "Malbush LeShabbos VeYom Tov." Reb Berish was a son of Reb Sender of Ziditchoiv, who was a son of Reb Ahzikel Ziditchoiver, zt"l. Reb Ahzikel was a nephew of Reb Hershelle Ziditchoiver, the Ateres Tzvi. The Ateres Tzvi was the son of the first Reb Aizik of Ziditchoiv, who had 5 sons, במסל"ה, Berish, Moshe, Sender, Lipa, Hershel, and on them he said the Posuk במסל"ה נעלה, with his 5 sons vet men aroyf gein...

Some of the Rebbishe Hoyfen that originate from Ziditchoiv, include Komarna, Ziditchoiv, Spinka, Koson, Tosh and others. I can't think if there was any family relation to Ruzhin/Sadiger, which is why I'm wondering why the Sadigerrer Rebbe would be bagleyten the Chosson here. Maybe because he was a Yossom, since his father passed away in Groswardein?
