I remember Rabbi Klein A"H from when I first arrived in Crown Heights in 1972. He was always nice and polite and when I had a question for the Rebbe or a problem, he was always sympathetic. The other secretaries were all business. Not like Rabbi Klein A"H.
May he have a Lichtige Gan-Eden.

Gratuitous stab at other secretaries unnecessary. I interacted with all the mazkirim and found them all personal and NOT just business. Rabbi Klein certainly was the most personable because of his personality, but the others did their job with care for the people in need, not just doing a job.
