Rav Hutner's Shver is in the Old Montefiore Cemetery...

For comparison reasons, we bring the daughter Rebbetzin Masha Hutner's matzeivah too. They got the father's whole name right. She spelled her own name very new-age, so much so that they put a vowel (פתח) on the stone!

הירש'ל, לפחות תכתוב מי איתר את הקבר. זה היה באקראי ממש, הייתי שם ביום שישי, והתרשמתי מהקבר הנכבד, וצילמתי. אח"כ עליתי לאתר "קברים" וראיתי את הקבר, ושם היה כתוב שזה בטורונטו, ושהיה רב שם. כנראה משום הכי לא זיהו אותו כחותנו של הרב הוטנער ז"ל. מאחר שתוקן אותו טעות, שוב הבחין הניק י"ד מיללער שהוא היה חותנן של הרב הוטנער ז"ל. יהי זכרם ברוך.

How come I couldn't find this Giant of a tzdig on http://kevarim.com/ ?! I know an eye witnees who heard from satmar ruv z"l RYT, that he didnt know there still exist a talmid cuchem (and tzadig) like him after WWII. He was also from the early established rabbunim with a shul of all talmidi chacumim on Morton st. in williamsbug NY Literally and figurately משכמו ומעלה גבוה מכל עם

are u sure that the Satmar ruv, spoke highly of the Salker? he was a Kosonyer SIl,and there was a lot of badblood between them.

ח"ו לדבר כן, את והב בסופה They where אוהבים נאמנים who respected each other now i must add that the
חת"ס כותב: שלום רב בגי' מחלקת, שלום בגי' עשו That שלום רב meaning מחלקת between tzadigim is good but if there is just שלום that's no good it belongs to עשו
