How do they do this course in a river?
and they say that Chabad is rolling in dough? They have to make classes in the East River, for crying out loud!

You don't explain why it's wrong. For all I know there could be a town called East River, CT. (Actually, there isn't, and the location in question is in fact Chabad East of the River, in Glastonbury, CT. But there's nothing in your report to indicate that. You expect your readers simply to assume that the COL report is wrong.)
