Not that I'm the last word on all people, but I haven't found anything on Reb Eliezer Zvi Revel, except the seforim that he wrote, and this kuntres is not listed there. I also don't see any interest in Chassidus attributed to him, but what do I know. One thing we CAN say is that he was a HUGE fan of his father. רשכבה"ג. That's touching.
