Rabbi Mordechai Kamenetzky remembers Reb Leibel Bistritzky, o"h, he just forgets that he was a Lubavitcher Chossid.

It really was a VERY warm and well-written article, and I enjoy reading it weekly. I just wonder if Rabbi K was so particular when it came to his uncle and zeide, exactly what their titles were, etc., why not when it came to Leibel? But maybe it's me and my Lubavitch-induced paranoia.

maybe a letter should go out to Frankfurter, the edoitor of ami.
Btw, did you ever saw or met such a intelligent guy like Frankfurter?

nah. It doesn't look good in a letter to the editor.

I wrote my reflections as a young boy remembering such a tzaddik. It was not really a bio on R' Leibel on his life's story. I did not realize that he was a Lubavitcher Chosid as it never played a role in my relationship with him.

If ever I write a bio, I will definitely include it..
